So being in a positive state makes you a more potent dude, as tyler would put it.  Through my experience, positivity makes me a person people like to be around and a person who I like more.  But there are times when, for no reason, I go through a massive negative spiral where I have this "victim" mindset and it is just a black whole where I'm very inside my own head and just pissed off/annoyed at everything.  All these limiting beliefs come back and it sucks.  How do you maintain a positive state even when you don't really feel like it?  And furthermore, where do you draw the line between being a positive dude with standards to being an overly passive oblivious always happy dude (think of Flanders from the Simpsons)??

in regards to ur first q, the best thing u can do towards reachin such a consistent level is to always be present and aware of ur thoughts. Hell ill even go as far as thinking, "oh noes im thinkin and acting liek a negative lil bitch, i know its not right" ANd thats when u accept it. U consciously locate the reason for all this mental crap and accept it and let it go. This way u get back to gear nuetral and then form there on u think of all the good shit that u ahve accomplsihed and start smiling and thinkin awesome shit and proceed into a positive direction.

AND u DONT always have to b positive, if ur mom dies theres nothing to be happy about, u let that emotiuon run its course for the appropriate amount of time, but ultimately u accept it swiftyl and move forward.

Pump your own state.

Force a smile, think about some funny shit. Make some stupid faces in the mirror.

Take your attention like a fucking laser on the negativity and just burn right through it.

Being completely positive at all times is unnatural. You could call it ignorance.

When you notice that you have negative beliefs or think of yourself as a victim - tell yourself "STOP!" Then you are aware that your negativity has a bad impact on you. Change to something positive then. You literally have to force yourself.
