Im talking about presence that makes heads turn and gets you registering on everyones RAS.

Any one know how to go about practicing this? Good BL is essential of course, but what else? Im guessing it would help to do some visualisation thing such as imagining having a bubble around yourself at all times when you are out and whomever is enveloped by the bubble as you pass would be made aware of you. Or am i way off track? Thoughts...

Immediately? Goof off, talk loudly, smile, approach, say what you want, be willing to fail, make it fun etc. That visualization thing sounds pretty cool.

In general? Exercise often, meditate(aka "READ SOME TOLLE BRAH"), listen to chill music all the time, read good books, eat healthy, take risks etc.

I have met TD who has massive presence, and some spiritual teacher who has mad presence.

I think it comes down to continually feeling the inner body and practicing meditation on a daily basis.
I am not sure though. I have been doing meditation for long time and NO ONE has ever told me I have presence.

who knows. I want it though.

I think that gaining a certain presence may be a combination of having the ability to be present for great lengths of time, thus being 'in the moment', this is most effectively achieved by having a purpose ie. knowing your values and sticking to them everyday of your life. So essentially, the amount of presence you have is a reflection of the quality of your thoughts on a moment to moment basis and how much in alignment with your values you are. Guys, then that are achievers and puropse-led ie. instructors on here, athletes, business leaders have a great degree of presence. Just some thoughts...

First, you need to be emotionally stable, this is huge, because the more emotionally stable you are the more you can surrender.
Having emotional blocks fucks you up because you want to express this emotion and let it be or you want to solve the problem. If you dont express it then the machine is not working right.
Feeling the innerbody is the way to go for me at least it defeneatly gets people looking at me and i can do this weird jedi tricks.

A technique that works for me is.

Be aware of us much going on around you as possible withhout trying too hard. Be aware of the sounds, the colours, the smells, the feelings in your body, other people and your thoughts etc, etc.

Don't analyze anything, just be aware. Try doing this while you are going about your business..... If you feel like you have the 'day dreaming' look going on, you are probably trying too hard.

This brings strong presence for me.
