I want to look back at this thread in 1 year from now with a stupid smile on my face, and say to myself "shades I did it!".

I want life transformation. Success. Feeling good about myself. Dreams becoming true. Changes.

My own legend.

This year, I will lay back the foundations of my new life. My health is a mess. I am at least 25 lb overweight, even though I hid them well. My teeth are rotting. I have skin problems. I am broke as fuck, I have a few euros in my bank account right now, and no steady source of income. My former projects didn't end up well, and I don't have any life purpose any more. I am losing many close friends and I haven't seen some family members for years. My game isn't at the level I want it to be. Overall I am not happy. And I think I can only get worse if I don't take MASSIVE ACTION NOW.

I have 356 days left.

I am ready.

MY LIFE UNDER X-RAYS

I have listed all the areas of my life that need to be taken care of. For each of them I have listed every specific issue that needs to be solved. I ended up with a map of every issue I should take care of. The list goes as follow:

HEALTH
-I am 25 lbs overweight (even if nobody notices it)
-I can’t sleep
-I have too much stress
-I don’t eat well
-My back hurts
-I have skin problems
-My teeth are rotting
-I have a very poor sight
-I lack of energy

WEALTH
-I must spend less money, or spend it more intelligently, because I don’t have much
-I don’t have any steady source of income right now
-I don’t have extra sources of income
-I am not well organized in my everyday life
-I don’t have any mid-term / long-term career plan
-My previous career plan is in a stalemate

RELATIONSHIP
-I am losing many close friendships, or I lost them already
-I haven’t had close relationships with many members of my family for years
-My social circles do not satisfy me fully
-I am not able to consistently close the girls I want
-I suffered a lot from my previous break ups

SELF-ACTUALIZATION
-There is no purpose in my life anymore
-My potential is under-actualized
-I haven’t traveled for years
-I don’t feel I am living up to my core values
-I am not living my life at its fullest
-My lifestyle doesn’t make me happy
-My everyday life sucks


LOL I look like a fucking loser.

WHAT I HAVE RIGHT NOW
-Some clothes
-A place to live
-A computer
-A few music instruments
-HUNDREDS of books
-A phone
-A radio
-CDs
-Furniture for my flat
-A few hundred bucks in my bank account

That’s it.

This is my baseline for action. I will of course tackle new problems as they occur, and modify this list if needed.
My objective is to get rid of as many items on this list as possible within a year.

I will post my progresses at least once a week, if possible every day.

NEXT POST: What I need to do right now, and the first habits I will implement.

I ran. A lot.
I went out. Opened about 20 sets.
I came home very late and I am very tired now.

DAY 2 08-09-09

I took my medicines for my skin.
I ran. An awful lot. My legs hurt.
I ate a delicious ice cream, chocolate, my favorite flavor. My last one until the end of this month.

I'll try to post my plan for action tomorrow.

DAY 3 08-10-09

I took my medicines. I didn't run and had some rest. 

I figured out how I will take care of my physical condition - this is Project Sparta:

PROJECT SPARTA

WHAT I WANT:
-Weighing 85 kg
-Ripped abs
-Good health
-More energy
-A healthy routine

WHY:
-To feel good about myself
-To improve my health
-Because I am turning 30 soon
-Because I need energy for my other projects
-To actualize my potential
-To prove to myself changing is always possible
-To sleep better
-To get laid quicker
-To have more stamina

HOW LONG TO GET THERE:
-I want to be there by 1st July, 2010 = in 11 months

WHAT I NEED TO GET THERE:
-Sports
*Running 3 to 5 times a week
*Workout: everyday 200 crunches (+100 to 200 pushups when my back problems are solved)
*Swimming, Biking
*Loads of water, nothing else allowed (except in bars where I take coffee or juice)
*Good food (no junk allowed, fruits, vegetables)
*1 happy day a week (I can eat whatever I want)

Let's do it.

Awesome. I recommend the green smoothie as discussed in the tread below. I started drinking those in january and it's absolutely amazing how much energy you get from them. A sharp diet is absolutely essential to get the required energy for big change.

I bought a blender a few months ago but I never had the idea to put in ... spinach ? and advocados ?? Lol, I am gonna give them a try when I am back in my home city.
For the spinach, I am a total noob so... you cook it before, right ? No joke, I don't know...

This post was awesome. It led me to reflet about how I was doing before. In fact I used to do most of the things written there, like working out in the morning, etc, but I would eventually give up because
1-I would fall randomly ill, forget about my physical exercise routines for 1 or 2 weeks, then drop them off eventually
2-I would hurt myself randomly when running or swimming for example, then give up and drop it off after 2 weeks
3-I would achieve my goals eventually.... then completely forget about them, start eating crap, & drop off any kind physical exercise. End result: i would weigh 85 kgs of muscles in the summer, and weigh... 100kg (220 lbs) of fat with some hidden muscles in December, only a few months after.

The MAGIC PILL is STICKING TO THE PLAN.

DAY 4 08-11-09

I took my medicines.
I drank water. I had water + syrup in a bar. Apart from that, no coke, no alcohol, no nothing.
I ate fruits.
I ran. It was easier today.
I did 200 crunches. It was horrible. I shall look for tips on how to do crunches and optimize those exercizes.

I feel good.
