There is a theory floating around basically proposing that the reason that suicide bombers are mostly young Middle Eastern men is because theirs is one of the last places to practice polygamy on a large scale. So, given a strict religious prohibition against extra-marital sex, and roughly equal numbers of men and women, for every man who has more than one wife, some other man has no hope of ever getting laid. Additionally, given the culture, it wouldn't surprise me if their birth rates are skewed with more males than females which would tend to exascerbate the problem.

Funny thing is the news report didn't quote anything that referred to his motivation: 19 years without sex.
Now why would that be? I skimmed through his blog earlier today, but now they took it offline.
