There is none.
Nothing.
Not a single thing.

I in fact loathe perfection!

If something is perfect, then there is nothing left. There is no room for imagination. No place left for a person to gain additional knowledge or abilities. Do You know what that means? For scientist such as ourselves, perfection only brings despair. It is our job to create things more wonderful than anything before them, but never to obtain perfection. A scientist must be a person who finds ecstasy while suffering from that antinomy. In short, perfection is worthless and pointless, if you have gained the ultimate purpose, why exist. the moment that foolishness leaves you mouth or shoots through your mind, you have lost.

But, of course, thats assuming you are a scientist...

I wont attach my start weight picture (280 pounds) but from the first one here to the second I lost about 70 pounds or so.
After the second picture I lost another 30 pounds to become life threateningly underweight.

Losing weight can be very addictive, it's also easier than you think. Just accept that you're already thin and stop the whole fatness mentality.
Run 4-5 times a week for 30 minutes, it might take a month or so to build up to 30 minutes. Eventually go for 3-4 1 hour runs a week.
It might be humiliating, your tits might flap up and down in front of an entire gym but just know it's in the bag. there's no losing weight. Only the process of reaching running time goals.

The main goal is to become fit and have tons of energy. To LOOK BETTER and not lose weight. Losing weight is irrelevant to you. Losing weight is for fat people.
Don't diet, eat whatever you want to but stop when your stomach says you're full. Your head will never say you're satisfied, it lost that capability throgh your overeating.

I may be fat in the first picture but I fucking placed, in a proffessional race. Run til you feel like your dying then run some more.
Running burns calories more than anything else (maybe swimming but you get tired to easy in that and won't expend as much total)

After 2pm, do not eat any carbs. Even better, do not eat carbs all together (Bread - Rice - Pasta)

Awesome, dude.

Whenever I see an out-of-shape person jogging/running, I say to myself "Way to go, man! Keep it up."

I like seeing people take self-improvement seriously. It's much easier to just be lazy and unhappy. It's something to be proud of to say "hey, I'm out of shape, and I've decided to change that."

Anyways, let me give you the scientific Low-Down on how losing weight through running works.. because alot of people don't how it really happens:

It has to do with your muscles.

There are two kinds of skeletal muscle: Fast-Twitch, and Slow-Twitch..

Fast-Twitch muscle is the type of muscle that Body-Builders and weightlifters build. It's explosive, geared for short bursts of strength.

This kind of muscle burns GLUCOSE (sugar) for fuel.

Slow-Twitch muscle is the type of muscle that runners, swimmers, and cyclists have. It's ENDURANCE muscle, designed to keep working for longer periods of time.

This kind of muscle burns.. you guessed it: FAT. Slow-Twitch muscle-fibers are loaded with Mitochondria, which are basically fat-burning stations for fuel.

Calorie-burning is not the real reason that runners are lean. It has to do with training.. the more you run, the more your body begins to build SLow-Twitch muscles in your legs... and the more of this musculature that you build, the more fat you're going to be burning..

This is why diet alone sometimes doesn't cut it for alot of fat people. You cut out all the calories and their bodies respond by slowing their metabolism down.. in effect, neutralizing the effect of the diet. You need to work your endurance muscles for the best results.. because these are what physically burn the fat and convert it into energy.

But that's all scientific mumbojumbo.. a general rule I like to follow is that.. as long as your heart-rate is UP and you're sweating and breathing hard: you're doing good.

I lost 30 pounds pretty painlessly using weightwatchers online. You get a certain number of "points" a day and you can look up the points for almost any food. The website keeps track of the points for you. Good luck man.

Weight watchers is a great way to help you with your diet. Jacob is spot on with his recommendations I would follow those. You do not want to do the Atkins diet (no carbs) unless you are severely obese to the point of hardly being able to move. This diet is super unhealthy, and forces your body into a diabetic shock. Malnourishment is not the way to loose weight. Also I would recommend swimming over running for your cardio work. This is because running is a high impact activity. It will cause sore knees ankles and possibly a sore back (all of which may not be bad, just sore unused tissue). This however can be dangerous to your cartilage, and can cause long term problems such as arthritis. Especially until you are in shape, you should focus on lifting and low impact activities (does include ellipticals and bikes). There are many ways to go about it, but the number one most accepted way (by doctors, trainers, and athletes) is diet and exercise. It sounds like you are starting out on the right foot. Keep it up!

though there are a lot of people here trying their best to help, theres a lot of bad advice here, this is a forum for social interactions... not losing weight.

just to can a few of them:

you NEED carbs and if you cut them too drastically your body will not function properlly, your sugar levels will also drop too low causing you to binge heavily.

Running is not the best way to burn fat, HIIT (high intensity interval training) combined with exercise routine and diet is. If you are going to run, sprints are infinitely better than long distance running.

weight watchers is designed to keep you in weight watchers, i dont have to say anymore about that.

If you cut calories too quickly your body will go into starvation mode, holding on to fat and burning muscle for energy.

I STRONGLY suggest you get off this forum for fat loss advice and join Bodybuilding.com or another like it where that is the focus of the forum.

We come on here to get pussy, not six packs. =)
