I grew up in Kuwait and lived there for 19 years, visited Dubai and been around the Middle East and I can tell you that if you want to get good in game fast, try getting out of the Middle East. I understand that it may not be ideal for many people at this point in their lives, but I did it and it has been the best decision I have ever made when it comes to gaming.
