I tried doing that but realized I probably come off pretty creepy to some of the staff and bartenders, wondering why I'm talking with them so much, etc.

Example: I walk into the Roadhouse, Big club out here in Calgary. Right away I skip the entire line, shake the bouncers hand, walk in without paying cover and get eye fucked by every curious girl in the line. Right when I walk in, the manager Toby greets me and says follow me, we go to the back, hit on a few of the bartenders and get a bunch of free drinks (keep in mind everyone can see you getting free drinks and having fun) From there I proceed to lay it down on all the beer tub dancers and then shake hands with all the regulars. About 30 minutes in “I” get opened by an HB8 who says “Oh hey there Bar Star, saw you skip the line why you so important?” without saying shit I go in for the make out with no problems, look her in the eye and say “that’s why” and walk away. Do you think I would’ve been able to do that without the connections?
Find a big night club that you are comfortable in and make it your domain, own that place like it’s yours. It’s all about respect, make solid eye contact, introduce yourself and make sure you are remembered by those people. Doormen especially. Be their best friends and your life will be that much easier. I’m only 5’8 and 19 years old but feel a lot more comfortable opening a girl who’s with a big chode in an ed hardy shirt knowing full well that if he fucks around its going to be him getting thrown out and not me.
What kind of staff do big night clubs tend to hire? Attractive ones! So if you are in with some good looking bartenders and beer tub girls, then boom, you’re in with their friends. Bars are expensive! Its nice to be able to get free shot after free shot. So once you find a club you’re comfortable with, make it your number one priority to become best friends with the entire staff, it will put you 3 steps ahead than if you just walked in there and sarged without knowing anyone. If you feel love in a big club then you automatically aren’t insecure, that place is your bitch and the girls in there are lucky that they can be within 20 feet of the biggest rockstar this cities ever seen, keep that mentality, go make some friends and your pickup journey will be 100x as easy, this I promise you!
