hey Alex, I dunno if you remember but Im the dude whos bootcamp you were supposed to take while you were on your Europe tour, in St Petersburg, Russia... but you couldn't do it for some fucked up visa rules so they sent Ozzie instead...
Anyways, bc was freakin awesome, but now, I have moved to Melbourne and am going out almost everynight and you said on another thread that there are quite a few fellow RSDers around here, hence...
Oh, and if anyone knows bars/pubs which are busy on weeknights, do share... I know Eurotrash is good on Tuesdays, Billboards awesome on Thursdays (uni night)... so I need Mondays and Wendesdays, any ideas? Preferably in the city, coz I live here and its much easier to travel...

Pugg Mahones (City) – Pulls a younger crowd. Often have a live band. Been a long time since I have been. It smells. It does get a busy crowd for a Monday night, mostly quite young. Cheap drinks are another drawcard. Free Entry
Public Bar (North Melbourne/QVM) – If you want to drown your Blue Monday sorrows in watered down RIDICULOUSLY cheap beer ($4.50 a jug!!!! Although it is Geelong Bitter), and meet some hot back packers, you my friend have found the perfect venue. Younger ‘uni’ crowd. It was Free Entry but word is they now charge $5 Entry, if you’re there to drink one jug should even out the cover charge.

Harp (Kew) – Gets quite busy, regular crowd usually younger and often a few “muzzas”. Get more of a feel for it here http://www.myspace.com/harpoferin. Free Entry.
The Saint (St Kilda) – Pulls a good crowd, reasonably attractive and quiet bustling. Youngish crowd House music, although other rooms play R’n’B and ‘Hip Hop’. Probably get my vote for a Wednesday night out. $5 Entry Fee on Guestlists.
Edgy (Mentone) – The Mentone guys are jocky bright t shirt wearers, and the girls are bleach blonde. Sometimes some big acts play there (Grant Smillie, John Course and Pot Belleez). I believe there is an Entry Fee.

My mate was just over from Melbourne. He keeps nagging me to come over.

So I am going out every night here in Melbourne. Damn, the nightlife here is amazing! Just came back from Eurotrash, which is awesome on Tuesdays...
Anyways, guys who are interested in tagging along, PM me. Going out everyday really helps... I can feel improvements happening in little increments. I dont care what you look like and how old you are.... so long as you are an approach machine (and i think even if you aren't you become one by Day 5 or 6, if you go out everyday), join me for lording timezz.... no better city than Melbourne!
