THE FORUMS
i have a serious question
do you guys floss before or after you brush?
i was thinking about that the other day.. cause I started flossing again and I couldnt decide. I went with after.
also i think the thing about listerine drying out your mouth is really true. especially if you drink a bunch then wash your mouth out so u dont smell like a wino. i still remember once after drinking excessive amounts i brought a girl back, and swigged listerine. after that my mouth was so dry that i literally felt like it was impossible to make out so played mario kart instead. that was the night i decided that if you know you're going to hook up with a girl you should probably not continue drinking. but really maybe it was the listerine

Be sure never to use straight peroxide after repeated use you will actually kill all the good bacteria and end up with a yeast infection of the mouth!
Thats why we dilute it..
Little beer = lots of lays

One tip my dentist told me about a new breakthrough is Xylotol. It's in the new sugarless trident. It's sounds strange, but he says chewing six pieces it's the equivelent of brushing your teeth
I am literally getting the silver taken out of my mouth today.
Awesome!! That "silver" is actualy mercury (between 30 and 50% mercury in your silver amalgams).
IMHO doing this is the BEST thing you can do for your health.

do white fillings contain mercury?
There are far bigger issues involved in dentistry. The simple truth is that a lot of people have toxins in their mouth as a result of dentistry (ex. mercury amalgams, crowns, root canals). These toxins are probably undermining the health of millions.
Hal Huggins, DDS has spent over 35 years studying this and he has a lot of frightening conclusions based on his work with thousands of patients. Some of his patiences have had "spontaneous remissions" from leukemia and Multiple Sclorosis as a result of having their silver filings (ie mercury amalagams) removed. He has also drawn on the work of dentists he has trained worldwide to show that some incurable diseases are easily preventable with proper dentistry.
Conventional dentists, of course, try to ignore this as they don't want the legal liability. Who cares if Huggins can draw on a database of 200,000+ patients world wide to prove his points?
I just spent $2000 to get my mercury fillings removed and I have never felt better. I am amazed at what a difference it has meant. This post is valuable but it doesn't go far enough.

1.I soak my brush into water
2.Put a little bit of baking soda on my brush(some guys use salt as abrasive, but i dont recommend it cause it dryes your mouth)
3.Put on brush toothpaste.
I have heard that can whiten your teeth a little bit.
And as a chinese, dont eat soya sauce.you´ll have yellow teeth like a lot of chinese.
