I tried Magnus' tapping for inner game If not ClICK NOW..that shit worked!!!!

                                 Has anyone else tried Magnus' inner game tapping??  i came accross his videos on you tube.  I was skeptical at first but damn, it removed all my blocks as far as approach anxiety and feelings of intimidation which i found out stemed from my parents.

                                 He has you focus on the feeling that you want to get rid of say nervousness when speaking to women.  Then you asks to to describe the feeling and put it into words.  then he asks you  to rate it on a scale 1-10.  I wont go into everything but you end up tapping points on your body that are connected to your nerous system while repeating to your self the statements that he instructs you to.   

                                I traced my fears and insecuites to my root memories and tapped those emotions right out of me!   when one of my ladies came over, who usually makes me somewhat nervous, I was soooo fucking laid back and non reactive that when i noticed it i started laughing.  Shes like "what so funny?".  I told her i was  thinking of a joke my friend told me earlier.   I don't even hesitate at all when approaching to a woman.  I love it.   Like he said,  It's like he removed the blocks that were on the runway that were preventing my plane from taking off.

                               Any way i hope it helps someone the way it has helped me.  He said hes taken RSD and David boot camps and he gave them all props. oh yeah....the effects are permanant

I tried the approach anxiety .. I kinda felt more relaxed but dosen't feel like it's gonna have a difference in field

What Magnus is using is the same as EFT. 

It does work.  But I find it difficult to use it for things like approach anxiety.  You can only use it to tap away emotions that you are presently feeling.  No matter what I try, I can't experience the feeling of approach anxiety when I'm sitting at home. 

I've used EFT to get rid of emotions I was presently experiencing.. and it worked great.

Is EFT just conciously being aware of your emotions? I always forget the little abbreviations..

You have to make sure that you really put your self in that moment and feel the feelings.....this works for before you go out to.  Usually if you picture approaching and engaging a perfect 10
the emotions will come up.  At that point you have to pinpoint where on your body you feel it.  then as youre tapping hold that feeling.  it eventually disappears forever.  sweet.

I find it very hard to force out those emotions .. they are very, veery much stronger when you are out.

I'm trying to use it on a feeling I have sometimes when I'm out, I feel like this trapped energy around my eyes (its like heat or something as if all the blood has rushed to my eye lids) or something and it just feels like something is wrong.

Can anyone else say more about EFT? Does it really have to be what you're presently feeling?


If youre feeling energy trapped behind your eyes....type in chakra clearing in you tube.. careful though.  I never cleared my chakra before and when i did clear the one between my eyes i had a rush of energy so strong that i couldnt go to sleep for an hour.  it unblocks all energy on all areas of your body that you release it.   Id never heard of it untill i tried it two nights ago. trust me it will do the trick.
