For those of you that haven't seen this film i highly recomend you watch it.
It has to do with living the now, and overcoming obstacle that life throws at you.
very motivational.

Here are some of my favorite quotes from the movie.

"Where are you? Here. What time is it? Now. Who are you? This moment!"

"There is never nothing going on. There are no ordinary moments."

"When you feel fear. Use the sword, take it up here and cut the mind to ribbons, slash through all those regrets and fears, anything else that lives in past or the future"

"There is no starting or stopping - only doing."

"I want you to stop gathering information from the outside and start gathering it from the inside."

"People are not their thoughts, they think they are, and it brings them all kinds of sadness."

"It is the journey that gives us happiness, not the destination."

Yeah, I really enjoyed the movie. Then I read the book, and the book blew me away. Really opened my perspective on alot of things.

So does this teach you how to live in hte moment more so than eckart tolle's books do? I found the books okay but they weren't really strong enough to beat my ego. I guess because it didn't really have anything specific to my situation. It was more just general things.

Is there anything step-by-step or just exercises that are related to pickup/self improvement? Will this movie help me? I'm gonna watch it anyway but would love to hear your thoughts.
