I dunno if anyones ever seen (or even heard of) Green Street Holligans, but the man character of that film (besides Elijah Wood) friggin oozes masculinity.

Its actually a good movie, its like a British version of Fight Club. I definitely recommend it not just to see an alpha male in a movie but for entertainment.

City of God is an EXCPETIONAL movie

I'd offer Batman Begins only because of the self-reflection and the line - "It's not who I am underneath, but what I DO, that defines me."

Bullshit, doesnt any one ever get what this movie and this character is about? While his own mother hates him, his "family love" consists in a suppressed, incestuous crush on his sister, further he is a greedy, violent, choleric, sadistic bastard, who increasingly loses controll over himself and his life, becomes a drug-addict, treats his woman like shit  and is generally a loathsome, sick fuck-up on the road to self-destruction. "Alpha" all right, but certainly no role modell, and he fails in crucial respects.

Al Pacino in The Godfather is whole different story. I created a thread on this subject here.

To continue with good examples, watching any John Wayne or Clint Eastwood movie can teach a lot.

Al Pacino in the Godfather he is an alpha male. But he isn't an atteactive person.he has many other non attractive characteristics. He is a provider not a lover. He is insecure. His confidence is situational. He likes to control everything. He doesn't let things pass.He puts up with a lot of nonsense. He never smiles. He is never happy. He ia most attractive at part I

Mark Strong as Hani Pasha in Body of Lies-He is ubercool, intelligent, mysterious, confident, independent and effortlessly dominant. Gets his point straight across, does not tolerate bullshit.
P.S: No lessons on picking up girls here as real alpha males don't need to pick up girls. it's the girls who beg for their attention.
