What? Did you say pump-up music? Check out my 'Pump Up the jam' station on Pandora:
http://www.pandora.com/people/plasbot

Pandora's pretty good at finding your taste, but you may have to thumbs-down a lot of the crap they throw at you, it's a great way to find new artists you never heard of.
For pump-up stuff in general I like the old school stuff:
Technotronic
Darude
C+C music factory
and for neck exercises Haddaway

And my all time favorite pumpup techno:
Mortal Kombat Techno Remix  --- 'Fight!'

Check out Roger Sanchez's anual compilation Release Yourself, I have Vol 6 and it's fucking sick, DJ's like Laidback Luke(Already mentioned, Austin Leeds, Sebastian Ingrosso, Steve Angello, Sasha, Erick Morillo, Nick Terranova are all awesome. Look for dirty funky house and you shall find.

The Ministry of Sound releases a ton of rad albums, definitely look into their "Clubber's Guide" and "the Annual" albums.

Also, Daft Punk's Alive 2007 is incredible, it doubles as great workout music as well!
