Designing My Future

Just reading Tylers article and thinking about how i want to get away fom all the bullshit distractions and addictions that are in my life. Tyler made the point that bullshit distractions just give you a short kick of satisfaction that fades very quickly- so true and something im frustrated by. My issues;
- i feel like i am addicted to flicking around on the internet.
- i watch bullshit tv in the background while im doing something 'important on the computer or reading
- I leave my fitness sessions til late in the day when i know its best to get them done early
- i dont stick to my sleeping patterns
- i cant sit and read for more than 15mins without getting distracted and doing something else

I think i should study addiction after i have finished my latest project. It will give me an idea of how my mind works and can bring greater discipline to my intent. I need to be easy on myself because im only 24 and have a long way to go. But i do know that i need to be working at stripping away this sort of bullshit from my life

I do the same things bro.

surfing the net for hours, waking up afternoon, pushing the gym, etc.

just being conscious of this is the first step though. most ppl dont even realize to begin with.

we'll be alright lol
