Appreciate part about "abundance of everything.'' Recently been rashinalizing exerting less efort, going out less, saying i have work, etc..but its bullshit if you had a gun to your head you could do it...because of this video im going to step up so much more this coming week you changed my whole perspective seriously man thank you =)

Interesting. I don't believe in pickup as the rite of passage. If you have the time and resources to do nothing else, perhaps then; but then it's an occupation, like for instructors. I am a strong believer in building confidence and manhood from other parts of your life for a non-pickup instructor (or wannabe).

Congrats on this great video you can really see the growth and progression in your speaking and delivery of content here.  This is the best speaking I've seen come out of RSD in a while.

I like how you've been able to catch up with my decade of experience within a year or so, simply by doing this every single week.  Anyone who wants to learn how the brain can get good at GAME through repetition -- ie: doing something more frequently than everyone else does it --  take note of what Julien has done here.

Julien if you want to keep amping it up, keep on the meditation, nutrient dense brain enhancing food / herbal intake along with supplementation, exercise (enhances BDNF), and the habit of continual reading as opposed to diversions on the internet.  If you keep doing all this there should be a lot of things we can expand into in the future that will be really bomb.

Anyway I love the theme here of self reliance, and I wonder if people realize how much you've done this.  I know many of my limiting beliefs were broken by going out with you and I think this is something you could focus on in the upcoming infield recordings -- like actually breaking down what you're experiencing into the camera as you're doing game, etc.

Psyched to see Cape Town vblogs, miss that place!

 Finally I know what to do if it goes well with one girl, just keep on going the whole night the same way. I always had the problem of:  "oh my god, what if she sees me" and was doubting if I should keep on gaming like this or not, even if its in front of her.
