Oi minga, how ya goin... been hammering hard with my work schedule these last couple months, running bootcamps and getting this damned online program together. Had the weekend off for once this past week, and now it's time to gear up for another tour on the road... this time I'll be doing CANADA with Alexander, and will even make a stop in Vegas with Tyler and Brad in a couple weeks. Here's my bootcamp schedule:

March 28-30: Los Angeles
April 4-6: Las Vegas (w/ Tyler)
April 12-14: Vancouver (w/ Alexander)
April 19-21: Calgary (w/ Alexander)
April 26-28: San Francisco
May 3-5: Montreal (w/ Alexander)
May 10-12: Toronto (w/ Alexander)
May 17-19: San Francisco
May 23-25: Dallas
May 31-June 2: Austin
June 6-8: Las Vegas

RSD OFFICE (toll free): +1 (888) 546 7286

As you can see, I will also be in Texas at the end of May... this is a done deal, it's gonna be a hardcore couple of events, so if you are in either Dallas or Austin, this is a great opportunity to take your game to the next level.

Anyways, today's video is about love and magic. As usual.

The other day, Evil Stifler, fresh off a breakup with his girlfriend, called me up to go SARGE. We hit the Zeitgeist in the sun, and I got a bit of a tan, and we also got a pair of breezy young ladies to accompany us to the karaoke bar. While at the bar, I had some insights into the game that I share with you in the following YouTube blog video presentation:

Lots of good stuff in there on congruence, freedom from outcome, frame control, etc. etc. And of course an R. Kelly reference.

Not much else to say right now... I am fairly exhausted from a long day of running about which included a trip to the DMV, where a crazy person who looked like Ol Dirty Bastard kept yelling "IM DISABLED" whilst listening to rap musics on his cellular phone, and in between declarations of "IM DISABLED" would begin cackling maniacally. When some worker woman told him, "Come over here sir," he simply replied "IM NOT ABLE... *cackle*"

Quite the bon mot, I must admit.

So yeah, I'm hitting the proverbial hay, but I'll catch up with you in the comments.

cheers,

-j

 Indian mystic Osho

'''Thinking, feeling, being – these are the three centres. But certainly feeling is closer to being than thinking, and feeling functions as a method. If you want to come down from the head you will have to pass through the heart – that is the crossroads from where the roads separate. You cannot go to being directly, there is no way; you will have to pass through the heart. So the heart has to be used as a method.

Feel more and then you will think less. Don’t fight with thinking, because fighting with thinking is again creating other thoughts of fighting. Then the mind is never defeated. If you win, it is the mind which has won; if you are defeated, you are defeated. Either way you are defeated – so never fight with thoughts, it is futile.

Rather than fighting with the thoughts, move your energy into feeling. Sing rather than think, love rather than philosophize, read poetry rather than prose. Dance, look at nature, and whatsoever you do, do it through the heart.

For example, if you touch somebody, touch through the heart, touch feelingly, let your being vibrate. When you look at somebody don’t just look with stone-dead eyes. Pour out your energy through the eyes and immediately you will see that something is happening in the heart. It is only a question of trying....

The heart is the neglected centre: once you start paying attention to it, it starts functioning. When it starts functioning, the energy that was moving in the mind automatically starts moving through the heart. And the heart is closer to the energy centre – the energy centre is in the navel – so to pump it to the head is hard work in fact.

That’s why all the education systems exist: they teach you how to pump the energy from the centre to the head and how to by-pass the heart. So no school, no college, no university, teaches how to feel. They feeling, because they know that if you feel you cannot think.

If you feel too much then the energy will be stopped at the heart centre; it will never go to the head. It can only go to the head when the heart centre is completely denied. It has to go somewhere, it has to find an outlet. If the heart is not the outlet, it will go to the head.

In fact, the whole educational system which has developed all over the world is just to teach you how to avoid the heart, how to become more and more heady and how to pump the energy directly to the head.

So love is denied, feeling is denied, condemned – it is almost a sin to feel. One has to be logical and rational, not emotional. If you are emotional, people will say you are childish – in a way they are literally true, because only a child feels. A grown-up person, educated, cultivated, conditioned, stops feeling. He becomes almost dry, dead wood – no juice flows any more. Hence there is so much misery: misery is because of the head.

The head cannot celebrate, there is no celebration possible through the head. It can think about celebration – it can think about and about and about, but it cannot celebrate. Celebration happens through the heart.

So the first thing for you is to start feeling more and more.... Become an abode of love, a shrine of love, a house of love; this is the first step. Once you have taken this step the second will be very very easy.

First, you love – half the journey is complete. And as it is easy to move from the head to the heart, it is even more easy to move from the heart to the navel. In the navel you are simply a being, a pure being – no feeling, no thinking; you are not moving at all. That is the centre of the cyclone.

Everything else is moving: the head is moving, the heart is moving, the body is moving. Everything is moving, everything is in a constant flux. Only the centre of your existence, the navel centre, is unmoving; it is the hub of the wheel.

Once you enter that, you have entered samadhi.''

Jeffy YOU WILL SOON ENTER SAMADHI :)

Hey jeffy

I used to be one of the  lead for one year and a half  in a karaoke night every thursday in an IRISH PUB   in my city, but it was better than a classic karaoke in my opinion because the best guitarist from the world was accompagning you.           acoustic time.
My usuals songs were

sunburn by muse,
karma police from radiohead
creep from radiohead
come together  from beatlles
enter sandman  from  metallica
wicked game from chris isaak

I was going there to practice , because I had a rock band at the time/ I had the ability to fully let go, UNDER ALCHOOL.

But sure, I understand exactly what you says. I ve learnt a lot during that time.  facing the crowd, facing the fears, having the ability to fully  let go.

I gat laid several times in that place , and I gat into a two years relationship with a big tit chicks ..

Youre like wine, get older, you get better.

I have a question,

as I go out like, almost 7 nights week, I start to get more negative, I don´t know if you understand me. I see all womens as bitches, I don´t treat them very well even after they lowered their defenses. I get the feeling everyone around me is week with game and life... etc...

have you ever had that? Can you explaing whats going on?

thx!

did you quit okc?

Just went to Karaoke last night. Karaoke tip: if it's a girl's birthday get all of her friends to come sing Happy Birthday for her on stage. She'll love it!

Hey, Dummass - i've been your fan and really followed with my heart most of your teaching for so long now.. i'm a 2 weeks short of being 20 now, but since 16 you've been one of my "kumirs" (my role models). Which could explain why i've had more times sex in public than in a house (and still have NEVER ever had any intimacy in my own room where i sleep... goddammit... :D)

Anyway - just wanted to thank you again. For real. We all love you Jeffy. I love you (and this is not superficial love - get the lube on, baby! :P)

One of the things that would really break my heart and make me sad some day will be when you retire. I mean c'moon.. i hope you stay in the game and in the awesomeness zone 'till i get to meet you. Don't give a shit if you teach me pick-up or not. In fact i believe anyone smart and consistent enough with good enough field (big city and low crime/death country) can make this shit work the way he envisions (including me) - matter of time and investment.
But.. i'd just want to meet you. Talk to you and hear some stories... Please pimp hard for many more years, dude!

:)

 Jeffy,
Your voice gives me a worse vibe than it did like a year ago. It sounds to me more deep-pitched but more artificial.

 A most excellent video presentation!
Just when I thought speaking infront of a bunch of people was bad, I found out that singing (horribly) infront of a bunch of people is one of my worst nightmares.  And that is exactly why I do it.
The last time I did karaoke, a guy emphasised to me that I sucked at singing, but I was great at entertaining.
No matter how bad or good you are, just go up there and have fun, fun fun!
And as much as I need to improve on my vocal projection, I will continue to sing.
You inspire me Jeffy!
Respect
