Whatup hos, it's one week into my annual trip to Miami for the block of alumni Bootcamps, and it feels like the time is just flying by. Too much fun. About to roll into the second program tomorrow night and then it's back to San Francisco, and with a drumroll allow me to present my schedule for the next few months:
March 8-10: San Francisco
March 15-17: Los Angeles (w/ Alexander)
March 21-23: San Francisco
March 28-30: Los Angeles
April 4-6: Las Vegas (w/ Tyler)
April 12-14: Vancouver (w/ Alexander)
April 19-21: Calgary (w/ Alexander)
April 26-28: San Francisco
May 3-5: Montreal (w/ Alexander)
May 10-12: Toronto (w/ Alexander)
May 17-19: San Francisco
May 23-25: Dallas
May 31-June 2: Austin
June 6-8: Las Vegas

So anyway, today I got a quick little video that I shot out on Watson Island overlooking the Miami skyline at dusk. It's purty. In the clip, I discuss a variety of things including having respect for the people you're interacting with, and what it really means to run a "perfect" 'pickup.
So there you go... ultimately you have to find your own path in this game, and live it to the hilt. That's the only way you are truly going to have that "authenticity" that creates what we call "charisma." Julien speaks to this in his last video where he talks about simply OWNING your life and bringing that 100%. If you find yourself trying to simply execute technique in an dispassionate half-hearted manner, the vast vast majority of the time it isn't going to work.
This is why it is so important to enjoy the process itself, otherwise there is absolutely no way that you are going to be able to stay on the long, hard road to mastery.
Remember, it's called "the game." Not "the work." The point is to enjoy yourself. The sex is just the icing on the cake.
See you next week.

Totally sick view and my fav delivery on a video I've seen from you.
You've done a great job of covering all the elements of a complex topic, and all the layers to it. People are so often trying to oversimplify topics, but what you've done here is lay out all the subtleties and complexities while keeping it easy to understand.
Vids like this get me really amped up to be part of all this.

Dude nice. I think I like your videos the best out of all the instructors...
You almost got like a poetic delivery to it all, I really dig it!

Making people happy around you is a tough lesson I had to learn in the last couple of months.
2) "Sorostitutes" - LOL. Incorporating this into my vocabulary.
3) "At the end of the day, we aint nuttin' but mammals with some very base motiviations for our actions":

David Deida speaks of a "giving" superior man. A long term sustainable code for happiness is looking out for others, and through that process, looking out for yourself.
It reminds me of the dude asking you the question "what about their boyfriends?" in some freetour video. Hilarious response you gave, but so true.

You’re judging these people by your own personal standards, a set of standards which are highly objective and influenced by our past experience. (Which may have been more or less positive or completely arbitrary)
I think if you’re “refusing” to respect someone based on an assumption beyond which you might not know much, this is already a sign that you’ve let that person affect you.
I think the point Jeffy tried to make is that sort of “respect” is unconditional and puts you in peace with the social setting and sends positive emotions. Likewise how a radio signal simply travels through the air and doesn’t take the time to filter out whoever it thinks is undeserving of receiving it. It just sorta “IS”.

Ps. Would love to learn about how you arrived to respecting people and how you dealt with existential anger.
Maybe it is related to having your face on the frontpage of local san fransisco blogs (totally conjecturing out of my ass here., sorry). At work I have to deal almost daily with a micro version of being in the frontpage of jezebel and your words 'character over reputation' always come to mind.
Tl.dr. more stuff aboutnot getting angry at people and about having a bad reputation.
/patronizing semi-constructive criticism.
I mean this is nothing new, as I say in the video I made it to reiterate it to both myself and the forum. If you read NineBall you see I had a similar epiphany near the end of that book, but in the past couple years I sort of slid back into more of a dick with assholeish behaviors. I realized I was becoming like "the old" jeffy again-- emotional fitness is like physical fitness it's an ongoing process.
So I have actually been way less of a dick to people the past few months, BEFORE this whole blog tempest in a teapot blew up. The karma was already out there it didn't matter that id changed lol. I regret berating those chicks because it was hurtful and ultimately POINTLESS... but as far as the media goes? Fuck them, they can suck a hot cock, they only want to sensationalize things to sell more shit and ultimately serve the socially conditioned narrative by intimidating people into conformity. Fuck them, we will fist fuck them all
