     I took lots of notes for day one and two of the honolulu hotseat.  I haven't sat down to read them yet, and also I plan on writing a FR on my trip, chode moments and all, here next.  I'll briefly state the three main principles which are the clarity of intent, the buyer-seller dynamic, and entitlement.  At this point I learned the most major calibration tecnique that I attribute my success after the seminar to.  It is something that I've heard time and time again but never understood the importance of which is eye contact.  It is not something to be overlooked, or forgotten to judge, before or after any type of escalation Attraction is clearly and undeniably expressed in the girls eyes when she feels it.  Also the girl will always be on the lookout into the guys eyes as an unconscious value scanner.  
    I discerned that the set of emotions a girl needs to travel through would be fun, comfortable, not afraid of consequences, and attracted to a high value man.  Disarming the girl and her friends or even boyfriend is neccesary through false verbal fronts, also known as lies.  Attraction is a result of proper physical game.  Here I would like to mention my take on physical game.  I see the entire pickup as a miniture or symbolizing of a future sex session, especially dance floor game.  What I learned earlier this year was to do whatever I felt like as soon as I felt it during sex, not to be constrained in any fashion.  An extreme instance was picking a girls nose with my tounge while making out, which happened after this hotseat.  Or just busting out and filming during intercourse, which happened two weeks prior to the event.  These things did not fizzle out the chemistry one bit, and maybe even ignited it further.  Being horny or needy during sex is just like walking up and being gay or scared to take what you want on the approach.  The difference when being fully sexually expressive is that there is no fear or judgement in the actions taken.  Here it is important to note the improv warm up exercises which can be found on google, and these things are specifically designed to get you to a place where you're not judging your own actions from an egoic perspective.  
   
For fuck's sake this is just the first little notepad page of notes that I took, so I'm going to list bullet points.

Overwhelm the mind with action which will stop the rationalizations by opening all
Do something, do anything.
Make out with fatties if needed.  
Attitude "I don't wait for people to create my good emotions"
Girls want to be at the effect, be like a cue ball as opposed to being a reacting regular pool ball.
Don't completely validate the girl
Tonality is especially important when leading
Yammering speech
Take state crashes even further down and be as shitty as possible, 
Back off when she does
Have empathy but not too much
Sometimes leave with number
Put people and obstacles into spectator mode to shut them down
Talk to the girl first, then her friends after
Not approaching is a waste of time
Qualification (that's all I wrote, can't remember what goes with it)

HS Day 2
There are no limits
Get physical less than twenty minutes in
Get in close
Dictate rhythym from reactions and being
Yell down shit tests
ask friends if they "approve or not approve"
command with slight smile as not to come off as mean
unpredictably hit her emotions
conspiracies/ takeaways
asknowledge social tension to disarm the girl
disarm anything with "im joking"
take responsibility for girl
car makeouts: lead, time contraints, disarm. don't get runover
reframe her excuses with better excuses
10-12 get number 12-2 pull
Dont let the rejections make you gaurded, remain free nice and friendly

Hot seat was much more comprehensive and impossible to experience from not attending and trying to read this notes list.  The main realization I had was treating the entire pickup as a microcosm of sex itself.  Being unrestrained to act feels awesome and gets the job done best.

What is "spectator mode"? How do you put someone in that state? Ignoring them? Commanding them with tonality?

2) asknowledge social tension to disarm the girl

What do you mean with this?

3) reframe her excuses with better excuses

Care to give me a little example?

thanks alejo for the interest.  First off spectator mode would be that state which someone would be in while watching sports, or in general awe of the person acting in such a way that merely viewing the spectacle would induce a trance like state which we would refer to as spectator mode.  This means that instead of just being in the set but kind of lame and fitting in, it would be pulling off that which is seen as completely unheard of or amazing.  And yes, I would view the commanding tonality is such that would put a person in spectator mode, but it would be wise not to scare the girl too much, maybe a little but for the most part it's good to have the girl to be unstifled as well.  It's more about putting the bystanders in spec mode.  To acknowledge the social tension is to speak about that which is akward so as to communicate that you "know and understand what's going on,"  while this is usually not wise but in the case of absurd levels of akwardness while it pertains to you... it would be correct to say something along the lines of "wow, yeah I was being out of line... so anyway..."
Reframing her excuses with better excuses would be only pertaining when attraction is amped and logistics are an issue.  These are the exuses such as "I have to take my friend home."  you could say something like "well my friend likes your friend and maybe we could all hang out."
