Every night I go out I learn a new lesson - and to keep them fresh in my head, i write them down in my blackberry.

Here some things Ive learned over the last few weeks where I had more results than ever before, and therefore more lessons than ever before.

-we have different kinds of personalities in our head. You might not want to do something, like approaching a girl, under any circumstances in one state, but in a different state it is perfectly normal for you. Same person, different personality. The personalities have different kinds of comfort zones.
To break out of one personality you have to proof to your brain that it is OK to act in a certain way. It has to be done through action, thoughts are useless.
To be a champion you have to be able to expand your comfort zone/change your personality consistently, because you always keep falling back into a lower state.

-Tiredness disappears when you take action and it runs well. If it doesnt run well, it is not sure. State might improve or go down. When state goes down, remember that girls like you just for you and take action with 100% congruence and freedom from outcome. Best chance to get on track.

-Courage/Willpower is not a constant character trait. It is limited.

-Always get some kind of contact! Phonenr., Fb, Email

-Persistence beats resistance

-Dont tell her to suck your dick ;)

-Play to win
Be willing to do something embarrassing if there is a chance that you might win, instead of ejecting when an obstalce comes up, just to remain "cool".
Embarrassing moments wont get noticed and quickly forgotten.

-I have firm positive reference experiences that I can feel vividly whenever needed. For example when the reality says that Im not cool or not worthy. These reference experiences help me to stabilize my state and block negative emotional influences.

-Stay with your girl!
I tend to make stupid shit like "take aways" where I leave the girl when it runs great, thinking that it will benefit me. But it wont most of the times. The girl might meet another guy, she might leave, she might loose interest.
Stay and lead the interaction forward.

-Freedom of Outcome
To fail is never nice. It is a brutal feeling that puts you in a negative state with low self-esteem. You loose trust in you faculties.
But it is needed in order to grow. Failing shows you your weaknesses. Eventually you will eradicate them and you get better results. Until then you have to put yourself into situations where you are likely to fail and not care about the outcome or the short-term hurt self-esteem.

-Girls punish every single weakness that you have without mercy. Therefore they are the best life-coaches. They give you a honest clear-cut understanding of where you're at.

- Dont forget that going out alone is harder condition. More likely to fail.

-Reality stays reality. No matter how much you want it to be different, it is what it is. You can either cope or quit.

-Every weakness must die. There is no room for lazyness or depression. No excuses.
If you want to be a champ, get rid of your weaknesses.
