We Love Brad
Whatup duddddddddessss....
A late night Thursday edition, coming at you from the Lair!
I thought I'd film this week from the naked lair, as I'm breaking down all the equipment I used during the Evolutions launch, and found it really inspiring to see all the bullshit I had to push through last year to reach my goals.
Guys always have excuses, they always have some reason to not succeed.
But then I look at how I FORCED things to work, using a bullshit basement, trying to make it look as professional as possible, and succeeding at something that could have easily fallen apart multiple times.
The same goes for success with women, both in every pickup you have, as well as your long term success.
So check out this vid if you feel inspired to see your 2013 New Years Goals manifest, and also if you are an Intermediate, because I specifically use him as an example, the goals he should create, and push through as the year goes on.
Check it!

Yeahaahahhaaha...
Getting my move on!
So excited to develop a social circle in the big city, and have a place to call my HOME, which it's been about 5 years since that's happened.
Rock and roll, I've been trying to sneak in a Bjork track for a long time, so here you go!
Have a good weekend, and ENJOY!

I have a question to the community.
I wonder what is the MAIN goal of the other members in 2013?
Cheers

Goes in the opposite direction too... the infamous "autumn gloom" is way worse than the actual winter for people (in terms of happiness that is) since it's the transition from one (supposedly better) state to a worse one... then you are already in the "worse" one and isn't all that bad... if you don't take note and apply that yo every aspect of your everyday life you are quite f****d

How do you keep up working out while traveling? Asking because gyms usually don't have tickets for short periods of time or small quantity of sessions. I want to travel more in 2013, but this really cracks my mind - don't want to do it on the toll of my lifting progress really....

That Bjork video is trippy, and I like it.
Thank you Zach S for the Tony Robbins post.
Realistic standards mean realistic goals. One goal at a time so you don't become ADD.
This will not happen over night. Improve 1% each day and you will get there.
Good luck to you Brad and everyone on there. You get what you give!
Success!

Think mainly goin out a lot, even just for like 20 mins. You'll get more used to getting in the flow doing cold approach. Also just not stressing and instead enjoying the actions you're taking- not trying to force state. You can still succeed in all aspects when out of state.

Having REALISTIC process oriented goals. This is so true. Like the whole past year my one goal was A. get laid and B. get a girlfriend. Well there's no gameplan for that, I just kind of float around wishing and wanting. And the times i did have success and the one time i did get laid, it didn't even feel satisfying, like really. That's why I'm on the 1 approach a day challenge.
LOL! I'm working on everything, i'm getting better at everything! I think this is where having priorities comes in to play. For me school is definitely the most important thing. Hitting the gym up 3-4 times a week. Doing my approaches every day. and Eating as healthy as possible (whats in my fridge).

the key take a way
is to have the vision you want for yourself at the end of 2013, and , you dont make a dramatic one day jump from now to there. you small chunk it over time, slowly making 'small chunk' ing the process over time , these 'small chunks' add themselves up for you and you realize who you , and over time, your not like this is completely different etc.
i am still thinking exactly what are my goals and take away from this year to next year, i know that i want to eventually , i know that this year i am going to shave my head, i am going to really eventually get into sales/ or own my own company, i know that i must really accomplish my goal of getting more like a consistent monthly lay count, i know that i must work on take on the testosterone etc
i thought in my head about , working on 'dominance', one month and then work on "forcing willpower' another month, but i realize that wont work, what will work is something concrete that is tied to that general over-arching general theme. if the theme is 'dominance' what 'action' can you take to make that theme work ?
