"So John, how was last night?"
John shrugs his shoulders, rubs his raw red eyes and lets out a fart in response.
"Dude...i just got hammered and forgot the whole thing"
If you want to remember the meticulous details of every interaction you've had in a single night then this is for you.

If you want to accelerate your progress in the social world, hold yourself accountable and measure your growth in 6 months time...then umm, this IS FOR YOU
How it Helped Me
As a newbie wet behind the ears in Nov '11 I decided to commit myself to taking consistent action. I had read other reports, such as 'Beasting with Scallywags' by the infamous BonoboTimes and Minotaur. The process was staring right at me - what i needed to do was blaringly obvious.
And so, i started my own report: Disturbin London (Road to Mastery). Terribly written at first, but it captured the newbie's enthusiasm as my reality began to shift and i was continually inspired by what i saw in the field.
Am i above this now? Hell no. I still update my field report with every little thing as i get better and better at this - i've inspired my wings to do the same thing and such an activity solidly improves your work ethic.
The Magic of FR's
Imagine your life as a story. Every second is a letter, every minute becomes a sentence, and everyday becomes a page in the Book of Andre. Wouldn't you want to see this book as a bestseller? Or would you rather it as a shitty throwaway book, forever consigned to the lonely aisles of your friendly neighborhood airport shop...
I know i wouldn't.
Field reports are like your nights out laid out in front you with high definition vision. You're able to pick away at the skeletons of every nuance in the field. But like Fight Club they're are golden rules...you don't speak about your field report while out gaming. That is forbidden. You're undivided attention should be focused on the Now, i.e. what is happening right then and there. Otherwise you'll have the 3 mile stare and the girl will KNOW you're not fully engaged with her.
Furthermore, reports spell out what areas you need to work on.
Getting good at opening? Well done, your reports show you how much you've been opening.
Getting better at taking numbers? Nice. Your reports tell you this to - better yet, they remind you how you felt in the moment and what did the trick. This is becoming fluid and natural muscle memory for you.
Getting more makeouts? Excellent. Your reports let you know that you are indeed...a scumbag.
Lays? Hallelujah. Our boy is becoming a man and your field reports are slapping you in the face with the evidence, giving you razor sharp analysis on what you did right and could do better.
Read others Field reports
Become inspired. Look to model others.
They may be more advanced - you'll learn the mindset of a peer who's better than you in some area. You could ask him questions on how he got good in this area, and now you have a blueprint on what you need to do.
He could suck but be really determined - you'll learn the mindset of a humbled slow learner, and be inspired by his steady progress. You learn to enjoy the process as a result.
So my friend, what reason do you have not to do this? Laziness...?
THIS IS YOUR MEMOIRS. If great emperors could do it, then you can too.
