site' has hands down some of the best advice i'v ever read. all aspects any one that hasn't yet visited it, I'll be strongly pushing for it in the forums. Also the "Spill the water trick" shit works like a charm did it once had the guy kicked out.

just saw the bootcamp schedule saw some of the video's=all wicked.

Alex mate, great new video post and write up. I enjoyed this one as well as the video from Japan. Any times or advise for video making applications? I used Imovie before. I am looking to do some video myself and putting together some stuff for my facebook and myspace account. Any tips would be great mate. Cheers !

Great articles on the strength of reality Alex! Got a quick question for you... what's your best way to get in state without pulling from your environment? Seems to be my biggest problem. Some nights I can rampage through the club and some nights nothing. Do you boys drink when you go out?

Then Jeffy, was my bootcamp teacher and my instructor trainer. Bought out the best in me.
And Owen Cook. During Blueprint seminar i literally stood up while he was giving seminar and said something to the tune of 'i dont belive you' then he clawed me. And i was like whoa. The most profound influence i have had on my life.
Importantly Ryan, somehow he is the universal counterweight to me, and between the two if us we are ultra competitive. Hes outer game, im inner game. Hes has a beard, but i get laid slightly more. Its a tough call as to whos leading our race. But, its a furious race.
Derek...just cos hes insane and like a surrogate father to me.
Deenie... the craziest and rudest cunt i have ever met. IM writing a book about him now. An inspiration before i got into the game, and just as much afterwards.
