Alexander~

There is a brand new article over at www.alexattitude.com, all about how you can program your inner game to automatically clear your head of limiting beliefs and get you acting on your own intentions as soon as possible.

The videos of the article can be seen right here… skip to the 90 second mark to get right into the content…

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IaKxJE61hSg

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=du7vR_eLmo0

While the videos are pretty comprehensive check out the adjoining article on www.alexattitude.com.

Meanwhile my bootcamp regime rolls on! I’m sold out all through Canada now. But in the next two week I'm bringing my free tours to the CANADIAN Cities of Calgary and Winnipeg! So check them out in the where I’ll be next section below.

CALGARY FREE TOUR: AUGUST 2ND, 7PM

WINNIPEG FREE TOUR: AUGUST 9TH, 7PM

THEN IT’S TIME FOR LAS VEGAS!

I’m running two bootcamps there. I Think the Alexander~ Bootcamps might almost be full. But they’ll be there on each Friday.

LAS VEGAS Bootcamp Friday 17th August

LAS VEGAS Bootcamp Friday 24th August

www.rsdbootcamp.com

Newsflash… the Infamous Seany will be on the Second Las Vegas Bootcamp. The Sean interpretation of the Natural Instinct Method has fast accelerated him to become one of the best in the world. The Alexander~ - Sean Bootcamps are the most extreme events out. I’d like to see how they weigh up to those Tyler-Julien Bootcamps.

We continue to push each other as much as possible.

Speaking of Julien... Hes away right now on a Hike through the Napali Coast with Tyler. Yet, hes has the chance to create a video from his adventures and he asked me to share it here with you guys.

From the Frenchie… from the Coconut Island…

"Hey there, Julien here...

I'm about to head out and hike the Nā Pali Coast with Tyler right now and as you've probably already guessed it, there is no Internet service here. ;]

I still thought that quickly take to the time to share with you this video however that I'll of course expand on next Monday!

CLICK ON THIS VIDEO RIGHT NOW THAT I JUST RECORDED IN HAWAII THAT REVEALS EXACTLY WHY YOU SHOULD STOP TRYING TO PREDICT THE FUTURE WHENEVER YOU'RE INTERACTING WITH WOMEN:

So there you have it, see you next week!

Great videos Alex! These ideas are going to prove very useful to me...

I've made a decision to go out sober no matter what, and I am into my second week of doing that and my brain functions have improved to say the least since I am also on a healthy diet of greens and vegetables. Ever since though, I've been struggling with some ideas which your videos helped to crystalize for me whereas before I was confused... You talked about cancelling the algorythams that confuse us, and also the process of frist getting the mind-set down and then taking actions, and working with emotions that arise and getting yourself aligned so that you move in the direction of actually becoming a person who is congruently and effectively able to do this stuff. This way of looking at it lets you know very easily when what you're doing is wrong and what to change... It's genius...

I had this sense that I wasn't clear in what I was doing, and it really pissed me off, because at some level I do know very well and now I understand that to be the difference between "knowing what to do", vs "what you actually end up doing due to deep chode ass programming that is already functional in the depths of the mind" lol And so I took a wholistic look at myself and realized NO I DONT KNOW, I AM CONFUSED LIKE FUCK... And all though I know I am fully capable, because I have had great results, the consistency has been lacking... Now I  am developing more and more awareness/conciousness around myself (not THAT kind of self-conciousness lol, the other good kind), and viewing how I am WHOLISTICALLY... And using that knowledge to apply the process you talked about of first getting the mind-set, etc correctly.......I get it that what "DEEP" really means is that it truly shows up when someone is viewed wholistically meaning if they got it they are consistent and praradoxically have the correct mind-sets whilst at the same time behaving "out of thier heads" and in the moment acting through own intentions as pure as they can be... would that be fair to say???

Cool vids! Will take the time to read your article and other articles as they are good especailly if you go out LOL. Liked the breakdown of inner game. Is cognitive dissonance the feeling you get when you step out of your comfort zone as well?? Very useful. RSDnation#1!! Peace.

Loving the unapologetic-ness, this resonates in all areas of your life. Once you really start being truly being unapologetic then your true self is always shining through.

Great shit dude. Your vids help out big time. I've recently started to ACTUALLY go out. before i'd watch and read pua material as mental jerk off but I can approach girls fearlesly now, rejection straight up don't matter and at school I approached 5 girls. 3 didn't like me the other 2 are all into me haha I just can't do group approaches. That's my next challeneg. I focus on any little progress and blow it out of proportion and get excited about it. Combine alex's method for really cementing inner game and you're good.

also Julien great stuff. I like you're "cut the shit, get it done attitude" I can see where tyler picked up on that. Then again he's probably always been like that lol

Great video blogs guys. I find a lot of stuff funny on the man forum. http://www.rsdnation.com/node/235990 If it was posted by a instructor, we would see a billion page thread, and guys proclaiming man love in other threads. Yes, it happens. Why? I don't know. Your moment is now. Awesome link and well put by Julien.

Sweet vid, Alex! Excellent points delivered with a good centered attitude. And that's contagious. Right now my number one goal is to attract more customers in a retail environment...I sell e-readers. It's a good training ground for pickup, I think. It's really hard to have an unapologetic attitude when you're getting 80 consecutive NOs and 1 iffy YES. Any tips to try out? I already try to stay open and friendly and as obnoxiously loud as I can be :)

I wish the best for the melbourne crew, But Perth is easily the best crew of guys ive ever seen. Plus, after extensive research, MELBOURNE IS SHIT for clubbing. As far as i could tell in the limited time i was there. I am sure there are shit loads of better venues somewhere.

But I dont know where they are. I wish i did when i was there.

Perth Venues we're so good and great to record hotseats.

yes exactly, many people will gloss over this artcile. But its maybe the most important article I have. The means to internalising the most important mindset in the game "there is no reason why you're not enough".

Its insanely valuable to me and yields amazing results.

As in face to face sales in a store front, selling your e readers to people coming in to sell books?

I used to do exactly the same thing as a promo guy for alcohol and i practised that old idea to change their mood not their mind (maybe quote tyler?) all day every day. You can be a little bit cheecky, enough to self amuse, to keep yourt mood great al day. Sales, like with girls is massively dependant on trust in the product and a positive light hearted mood.

Great to hear that the video has helped. I'm planning out the release of an attraction video very similar to the natural instinct method.

Cheers mate!

"chode europe" - haha cunt.

love the material... as always !

this reminded me of something I read in tony robbins - if you ask idiot questions you get idiot answers.

so if you ask yourself "why do I get in my head when I think about the principles?", your brain finds an idiot answer.
if you instead ask yourself "is there a chance I never got in my head, I'm awesome, and I'm being an idiot?", you'll get the right answer.

then your life becomes like an infested garden - more moles than you can handle shades
