EUROPE TIMES ARE OVER! I have this one last rule britania weekend here in London where I continue my worldwide search for älsklings (Swedish lovers). Älskling is pretty much the new name for turbo girl.

Well well, time to talk business. The business of staying in set longer and longer. Master the critical skill of bing with the girl when I counts the most, when she is leaving the venue!

I call this skill social stamina. Just like fitness stamina, socially it will take some training, reapproaching and ‘pushing through’ to develop the ability to just chat forever. You don’t need to be super special in you game, the real skill is in the stamina and keeping things going, NOT THE IMPRESSIONS YOU MAKE, a topic I’ve been really harping on recently.

When you’re learning game it will take some pain and confrontation of comfort zone to develop you stamina. Go as far as to write down ideas to talk about. Bear in mind the range of emotions in your stamina of expression. And get busy about chit-chatting forever, letting sets break, then re-approaching later.

Its this development of stamina that directly builds your sense of ‘there is no reason why I’m not enough’ the most important idea and VIBE in the natural game!

I wanted to include some ideas on girls with boyfriends. These chicks are an annoying part of the pick up landscape, bur hey, that’s just life. Be prepared for this little dynamics and let it be something that help you along your way of having fun and getting into a great relaxed-arousal, as opposed to the state crash that can happen from feeling mislead by girls with boyfriends.

Can you shed some light on how you end up pulling? I go out and can't seem to pull. I see what Alex is getting on about social stamina but that's fucking hard because you'll either end up saying something stupid, too sexual too early or you stop talking and her friends pull her away from you. How you do you hook a set after the introduction phase?

I still need to watch the second video. We are about the same age give or take. I do not have the dream team. More like a huge group of friends that have mostly parted and gone their own way. Its part of life. The few close friends I do have are busy too so, chilling regularly isn't the same as my teens or early twenties. I have a very hectic lifestyle with a gym routine, my career, operating my own business too, constantly running a diet log, getting certified at work or other Edu professional development, and cold approach.

I see the intrinsic value in cold approach, in being a go getter, and pursuing that which you desire in life. I can see that it offers personal development qualities and characteristics, all of which are attractive and admirable. I am a bit frustrated at the moment. The experiences, the effort involved in doing everything I am is not producing the results or success I seek. I understand a certain level of obstacles is inevitable. Everyone who was ever successful experienced failure. They endured defeat before having great success. I fully embrace the process. My buddy asked me if I had been fighting again, competing in martial arts or anything? The reason being, I look like I got black eyes due to being lethargic, and sleep deprivation. I have larger then life goals in 2013. Something has got to give.

I am going to take some time to unwind today. I think I lost a bit of momentum. The motivation is still present. Part of the success paradigm is in experiencing defeat, temporary pain or failure even in order to cultivate victory. I picked up a girl, limited edu, turns out she has kids, and freaks out cause I am not always around. I simply can't be bothered with drama. Another made coffee plans but went on about being busy. I am simply not having it. She can call. She had her chance. Its 2013. A lot of talk about "progressive women." Its mostly all smoke and mirrors and no fire. All the above is adding to my frustrations. A flake messaged me recently. It was an easy pull but, I didn't even respond Alex. She simply isn't worth the time or effort.

I am not going anywhere. I'll see you later this year at free tour. Any advice is appreciated.

I find staying longer in the set to be crucial. No matter what style you use. It's important in your type of game you do. I find guys quit for two major reasons.
- they simply lack social stamina - they analyze everything what they say, they look for reaction, they are afraid of pauses - for them it is like job interview. No surprise that after 5 min like that they become physically tired and are wiling to leave the set.
- second type of guys would be that with high EGO. I have this friend who is charming, good looking, always very well dressed, and is very smooth conversationalist. He come with the great lines from nowhere. If he is in state he can open everything. The problem is that he leave the set very early. When I just start he is leaving.The only way he can go past this is when he gets the phone number for day 2. The reason is that he wants to keep that super persona, a guy who can open everything,. The last thing he would like is risk boring or creepy, that way he is rejecting himself from the set.

My solution for both types:
First: increase social stamina by progressively staying longer with sets and generally in conversation with new people. And let go about controlling what to say because it consumes a lot of mental energy.
Second: risk creepy, risk boring just stay longer in set - there is no reason why I am not enough.

Either way - great post and I would like to hear more about role of time in pick up.

Ahhh a couple of principles... low risk low error game and remembering that they have to go home anyway! Don't pull, go with the flow. That too will require a longer explaination! another 30 minute feature video!

I can hear all the confused RSD evangelists freaking out over this stuff. As old as I am and as long as I've gotten the chance to understand game, everything you're saying is so counterintuitive.

Your simplistic approach has helped get me sort out a lot of my issues since I'm not burning out trying to "game." It only makes sense that I actually behave like a normal human being and just "spend time together."
