I've spent the last 3 months in North America working exclusively with Tyler upgrading the Australian bootcamp programs and refining my teaching and demonstration skills. Between Tyler and I its been an extravaganza. Tyler's new name is Dexter... Tyler is a ruthless machine.

Sorry to say though... there are only 4 new and improved Australian bootcamps available... there will be infield videos - all of which are closing videos - night game and day game. Then I'm out of the country for the next 5 months. In recent times I've focused on academic articles which is great, but I'm not really an academic type guy. Other than my role of communicating information for this job. I'm actually a really simple minded, relaxed sociable guy. So I wanted to share and show the self amused side of myself for your benefit in this article.

'Self Amusement' is a key component of your social skills for approaching and picking up girls.

Self Amusement as a device to be more attractive to girls, in the paradigm of the Natural Instinct Method (Full Video Here) arises from two things, boredom from excessive relaxation and the idea that no girl is going to have sex with with you while you're in the bar - or any public social situation. There are a couple of supplementary notes that I want to add to this video.

There are two ways of going about self amusement, one will be very attractive while the other way is very alienating and draws you into a pattern of negative feedback and frustration.

To actually self amuse you have to be relaxed and in more control of yourself than others are in control of yourself to be relaxed enough to become bored. Then you get naturally drawn into seeking ways to entertain yourself with games, influence, role playing, drinking and physicality.

If you skip that step and try force yourself to play games, influence people, role play, drink and be physical with girls UNDER THE IMPRESSION THAT THIS WILL CAUSE GIRLS TO LIKE YOU then you are essentially taking value and carrying a bad vibe that will cause girls to want to evade you fast.

Like we always say with pick up, you need to do a bit of work on yourself first in order to get to that good relaxed mood, then the awesome relaxed arousal mood, in order to have true monopoly over yourself, and thats when your creative initiatives are for the true purpose of self amusement, not getting girls attention seeking.

The operative word here is SELF amusement, you do it for you. You don't know who's going to like or dislike what you are saying and doing. So let it go and become more interested in yourself and your own intentions than the intentions of trying to get other's attention.

this might seem a little confusion or selfish, but its not. It call comes back to the idea that you need to cultivate yourself as a fun cool product that inspires the attention of others. It doesn't matter what its is that your doing or saying that causing you to truly enjoy yourself, what matters is that you've truly become a person who has a great vibe and becomes easier to connect with because you have a great vibe. Its not the mode of self amusement that help you get girls, its that you have become a presence and a force to others - a source of good emotions that others love to share in.

Another common misconception about self amusement is the query that girls wont like the 'immature' things you might do to make yourself laugh and feel good. Remember that your goal here is not to make people like you, but not make people aroused by you. if you are the cause of arousal than you are going to be engaging, exciting, interesting and these are the things that truly inspire a girls compliance toward you and inspire her to spend time in your company.

To deeply understand the notion of self amusement think of any type of creative person. To create something is to produce something out of nothing that, when shared, inspires an emotional response in others.

Put simply, are you the type of person who likes watch TV, or the type of guy who likes writing the script for television shows? People who write the scripts THINK FOR THEMSELVES, people who are just consumers and are waiting to be entertained, not setting out to entertain themselves and share that with others... are not the types of people who gets girls.

But this could take any form. You could be a writer, a photographer, hobbies music producer... or just a guy who loves to get out of the house, talk, joke, start and maintain conversations that connect people and make girls laugh.

Sidenote: By all means enjoy TV and movies... but you ABSOLUTELY have to become a creative type person if you want to be a natural. The momentary entertainment you get from watching a quality TV show is good, but it's incomparable to the fulfillment that comes from creating something that incites an emotional reaction in others.

When you think about it, there is a 100% chance that not everyone will subjectively like what you have created. Whatever conversation, expressive, or artistic work that you conjure up.

Its not about whether the girls like you or not, what most important is that the girl can tell that you are a person of influence, who can handle pressure and criticism, and enjoys the privilege of status without getting egotistical about it.

Relating that directly to pick up. If you can create initiative - the first principle of the Natural Instinct Method (http://alexattitude.com/archives/353) just by approaching and keeping the set going - and not waiting for others to make things happen for you, your going to be very good at picking up girls. Your good feelings that come from influence will state transfer and draw the girls in and by simply being the kind of guy who makes things happen and keeps things cause directly causes arousal and girls love that.

Sure it can be hard to switch over to the creative, self amusing headspace... but in watching this video and reading this article its time to start. For myself and my wings, we have had so much experience with girls and being creative in bars that we're always looking for new and more edgy ways to amuse ourselves.

Those yearly videos like the 2010 video are my favorite forms of expression, I love after effects and video creation. Its my meditation and feeling of influence between my friends and I. Its a great benefit that it depicts my life and attitudes to share with followers of www.rsdnation.

In other videos you can see the kinds of things that my wingmen and I do to amuse myself. Its nothing specific, but rather just a wide range of different changing interchangeable things that keep me interested.

In this case, why simply start a conversation when you can claw a girl and pick her up and smack her on the backside? Haha, we didn't see why not, so we went ahead and did it. Notice though in the case of this girl, she's having A LOT of fun with what we're doing because there is absolutely no question in mine or Sean's mind that there's no reason why we're not enough.



When we hang out we act like rock starts because we're in such a good mood, so bored and we know that the more the arousal - as long as its maintainable over a long period of time - the better. There's not going to be any sex there and then, so it becomes a competition of who's the most fun is going to be the peacock with the brightest feathers thats going to attract and draw the attention of the attractive fun loving girls.

My friends who don't have any professional restraints on their behavior are far 'looser' in their social behaviors and have even more extreme in their boredom and relaxation, so they do even more absurd things to self amuse.

In the next video Sean start fucking with a pretty boy Eurochode model guy in a club in Japan for no reason other than to make Himself, our host and I laugh.



There is no doubt that what Sean's doing is retarded and confrontation. Immature and pointless. But they are all the things that put guys in the best mood, and therefore have a natural causality to draw girls to your through arousal.

I know that many of you guys will see this and think its disgusting. If you're thinking that then you're exactly who I'm writing this article for. Start to see the fun in things, not the 'stupidness' in things. Lighten up. Being competitive and edgy is GREAT in a social situation. Like the model girls we made friends with those model European guys and bought then beers afterwards. It was all in good party fun.
I'm not telling you go out and do this, but I am telling you to open your mind to relaxing enough until you take actions that you find amuse yourself.

For the young guys who think that video is funny; good. You're on the right track. Don't be in any rush to grow up too soon.
